Payment 

Dr. Cox is out of network for insurance companies and does not participate in Medicare.  Payment is due at the time of the appointment.  Patients can work with Reimbursify to submit a superbill (including diagnosis codes and procedure codes) to insurance to be reimbursed for out of network costs, according to their insurance plan.
